Since Famb was founded, we have focused on creating nutrient-dense, tasty bread, buns, baguettes, and pastries. Making pastries is so much more than mixing the ingredients and baking. Quality ingredients are the base of rich, nutritious flour products. And so is time.

We pride ourselves in saying that our products do not contain preservatives一they preserve themselves thanks to fermentation. Using special ingredients allows our products to have more water, taking them longer to dry out. The acid produced during sourdough fermentation helps the pastries stay fresh longer and repels mold. And that is how our high-quality, delicious pastries are made.

Our mission is to produce and deliver nutrient-dense bread, buns, baguettes, and pastries that are suitable for all people, including the ones with gastrointestinal diseases, such as Celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, irritable bowel syndrome, etc. We vow always to stay creative, curious, and committed.


It takes 24 hours and a two-decade experience to make Famb bread, buns, and baguettes. We don’t like to rush the process, as excellency takes time.
